Orders
Orders made on www.moska.com and sub websites are only for private use and not intended for re-sale. We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Moska reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. Moska shall not be held liable in case of unavailability of products. Moska reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including for suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and Payments
Moska displays prices in, and accepts payments in single way. We securely accept any payment that are stated on the payment page.
Shipping
- Moska offers free shipping on orders above RM150. This threshold depends on the nett price on items after discount. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout. Moska reserve the right to amend the free shipping minimum requirement at anytime.
Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of Moska.
Current estimated delivery times: 1-3 business days (Readymade Order) for the northern region: Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak, 2-3 business days for the Central & Southern region: Selangor and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor. 2-10 business days East and West Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak. - Current estimated delivery times: 7 -14 business days (Handmade Order) international wide.
- Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes
Packaging
- There is an additional RM5 charge for separate packaging when ordering multiple items in a single order.
Returns
Customers may return eligible products within 3 days of receiving an order upon agreement, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original branded packaging. Personalized products and products marked “Final sale” on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at Customer’s expense.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Returned goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by Moska or its’ partner warehouses.
Resizing & Fixing
- Resizing and repair services are available at the buyer’s own cost, which includes resizing fees and round-trip shipping charges. These expenses will be borne by the buyer.
Moska covers taxes and duties. All taxes and duties are included in the final price paid by the Customer.
